So you want to set up reservations for
a private day of play with your co-workers and friends. Just follow
the steps below to ensure that your day of fun is not spoiled by lack of
information and planning.

* MVP Paintball
will accept private groups of 15 or more. Reserved play is set
aside for Saturdays.
* Put up a sign up sheet
at work to find out if there is interest to play. Put the MVP's website address
on it so people can see what paintball is. Sign Up Sheet
* Prices: $5 Field Fee

* THE DEPOSIT.
The deposit will secure your play date. $100 deposit must be
made to hold your play date. The Deposit is to ensure that your 15 person minimum is met
and to prevent no shows. Deposit will be returned the day of the event.
* $10 will be withheld for each person under the 15 player
minimum. MVP makes this very clear when setting up the reservation.
Don't get caught holding the "bag" when friends and
coworkers don't show up. A good tip is to ask your players for $5 or
$10 ahead of time so your not forking over $40 of your deposit because they
no showed on you.

so everyone in the party can read the rules and have the waiver already signed.
This comes in handy if an adult signature is required.

* Print maps to the field off
of the the MVP website. Make sure that everyone has a map. 
Make sure everyone driving
has a map!!!! Don't Forget!! * Check the map! We have a Port
Byron address but are 5 miles away from it.
* Call or email everyone involved
the day before to remind them of the play time.
* Its always a good idea to have
a meeting place such as a mall parking lot so you can come to MVP and not
have anyone get lost.
* Players that have their own
equipment are responsible for their equipment. Borrowing a gun from a friend
that you know nothing about usually holds up the group starting while one
person is trying to get the borrowed gun working.
*note - about 50% of "borrowed" guns either don't work or are
missing parts to be functional, ie: loaders, elbows, barrel covers, which
easily costs more than the $10 Rental Fee
* Rental Equipment Fee will
be charged if you do not have all of your equipment. A player must have:
A paintball gun, Barrel Cover
or Barrel Plug, Tank, and ASTM approved Goggle System. MVP does not lend equipment due to losses
in the past.
* - DO NOT SHOW UP DRUNK - DO NOT BRING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO DRINK WHILE PLAYING.
You will NOT be allowed to play.
* Show up and have fun!! SIMPLE!!!
